ROSEMARY KELLY MBE – RIP
It is with great sadness that I announce the death of Rosemary Kelly, MBE, who died in Cardiff on Wednesday 16th December 2009.
Rosemary had a long association with the healing ministry within Catholic Charismatic Renewal, and became a member of the revived Diocesan Service Team for the Cardiff Archdiocese in April 2008.
In recent months, following a recurrence of cancer, she asked for prayers not for healing, but that she be a good witness in the final months of her life.
Her funeral takes place at St Teilo’s, Old Church Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF14 1AD, at 10.30 a.m. on Christmas Eve 2009. All guests are welcome.
I hope to produce a fuller obituary in due course, and to that end, if anyone has worked with Rosemary in Renewal or benefitted from her ministry, I would appreciate it if you could contact me with your contribution.
She is survived by her husband, Michael. Our thoughts and prayers are with him at this time, and may Rosemary now rest in peace with the Lord in whom she had great confidence.
